I have a 2005 987 and for some reason I'm dead set on getting yellow calipers. I think they would contrast nicely with the guards red paint and my black savini wheels. I'm not sold on the idea of painting them myself or waiting a long time w/o brakes, so I've decided to buy a nice used set and send them off to get painted properly by a shop in CA. That way when they get back I'll have my mechanic swap them with the red ones. I found a very nice brake caliper set from a 2011 987.2 and was wondering whether anyone could tell me if they are interchangeable with mine. The main numbers match but I've learned that there are a few extra numbers for later versions of brakes. Thank you all so much!
