Maf pin outs anyone?

I'm trying to diagnose my p1128/1130 for smog. Tried checking for air leaks and cleaned Maf but no go. Search doesn't get me any info on Maf pinouts for DVM checking. All I ever see is how to clean or replace. Anyone know the actual pinouts for Meter? Don't want to throw $$ at it to find my original Maf is ok.

You have also cleaned the throttle body and run it enough to relearn the fuel trims and reset the ready codes?

This has been going on since my upgrade to 996TB 997T and 987 intake. Car runs so much better but can't shake this code. It always happens at idle. I can drive a hundred miles or so then codes. Thought maybe I need more fuel and I may need a higher pressure regulator cause of the larger TB but others that have done this mod have never complained. If I can rule out this Maf as good electronically I'd move on to other pastures.
