The gauge is very non-liner Below is the calibration I did for my race data system. As you can see when full, a small change in volume creates a large change in voltage, so it is relatively accurate. However when you get to half way, the voltage change is far less, so the accuracy drops considerably. There is a 3v change for the first 30L but only a 0.7v for the last 30L, and only a 0.2v for the last 20L
