Anyone Know Where I Can Find This Part (986 Cowl Panel Torque Screw)

Hi,

My OCD has gotten to me. I have a missing screw that holds down the driver's side cowl panel in the frunk. Right in the counter-bored hole, where the arrow points in the picture.

Anyone know its part number? I looked at the screw that holds down the passenger's side cowl panel, and it looks like some type of torque screw combined with a washer, or maybe its combined in one-piece.

Where can I find / buy this exact screw without having to buy the entire panel assembly? Thanks!

The Screw is PN: 999 073 143 09
The Rubber Washer it screws into is PN: 999 500 092 00

The washer might be worth replacing because the rubber wears out pretty quickly if you remove the screw too many times.
