One big bang for cheap bucks is aftermarket headers. They'll give you 15 extra HPs. Then, in a month or two you can buy an eBay twin chamber muffler like I have and that will add a lot of growl and another couple of HP.

If you're not married to exhaust mods right now, an undersized drive pulley will also give you some low end grunt in acceleration and they're about $200 or less.

Frankly, if I were you I'd save your $300 a month up and go to a High Speed Driver's Education course with your local PCA in PA. You'll find out you don't need to do a thing to your car because it's a Porsche and it will feel blinding scary fast to you on a track.
