Die to chase threads on a tie rod end?

Like an idiot I hammered my tie rod end bolt head to get it out. It didn't work. It's stuck in there good.

So I got the strut swapped out with it in place and now I have discovered I have messed up the top threads and I can't get the bolt started.

Any idea of a chain store whereI might find something to clean up these threads?

I have a spare bolt, so I'm good there.
