If they all came from the same vehicle and that vehicle was the same year and model as yours it should work without reprogramming. There are variations in the alarm module for various years that will make it incompatible.
-Make sure that it is the same part number as the set that came out.
-Make sure that your fuses are good.
-Check all the wires and contacts that plug into the module. Mine had 2 corroded wire connections that made open circuits. I replaced the whole connector with one from Woody.
If all that fails to reveal the problem check on getting a refund/replacement from the seller.
