Visor attachment issue

I'm having a slight visor attachment issue with my 986, I bought a new visor for one I damaged attempting to remove that god awful airbag warning. When I removed the two large Allen screws the retaining nuts that are inside the windshield frame broke. Now they will not screw in. Is there an easy way to fix this? (or even a hard way) Any brilliant suggestions? it's not an issue as long as I don't drive with the top down but what fun is that?

Thanks,
Bonez
