986 Vaccuum Leak Help Please !

OK.... I did a smoke down test on my 98 2.5 Boxster. She is running super rough and previously I changed all the plugs, coils and O2 sensors. I bought a new Maf, cleaned the throttle body and associated solenoids. Smoke is leaking from the insulated oil filler tube, got that.
Should I assume the air oil seperator needs replacing? I cannot get the cars idle running long enough alone to test with the oil cap suction.
I also have a leak coming from the body of the valve circled in this picture. Does anybody have a name and or part number? I think it is a PVC valve but I cannot identify it anywhere in my books or service manual. thanks, Lee

Garage
The counter part to the AOS canister that remove crankcase air emissions from the 4-5-6 head 99610704751 Connector piece

It has an O-ring that seals the tube to the head (99970715440) and another o-ring that seals the crossover hose the connector (99970744640).

Cracked Vent Tube

Great! So if I can get to this vent behind the drivers side back seat cover, I just pull it out to replace it?
I guess the AOS, oil tube and vent all need to go. Mucho gracias !
E bay cable clamp wrench on the way !
