I think it best to add both struts at the same time. This is from experience, I didn't. Thinking the RollBar would provide enough stiffening for the Rear, I just did the Front - great Mod, very happy.
I actually purchased the Rear Brace on a lark because it was on sale. Not expecting much, I installed it and found that it completed the job. Much akin to adding new springs/struts on 1 axle vs both.
It probably does not transmit any additional twist to the other axle because the Brace's job is to keep the Strut Tops on a single axle from moving in opposition or out-of-sync with one another. The Front is good, but the greatest benefit is derived from installing them on both ends...
