Sounds like a great oppurtunity to make something out of nothing. If your patient you should be able to find salvaged parts from ebay at a good price. I see sets of 16 and 17 wheels on classifieds for $300-$400. The other parts should'nt be terribly expensive, if you look for good deals. The only thing that would concern me are the unseen things that will need to be addressed. Keep us posted on your progress. And maybe you'll have some luck getting parts from guys on the forum.
