How quickly is "quickly? There is suppose to be like a full second delay. Many times I find that this is due to user error so be patient.
If not then it sounds like the begining of a regulator malfunction. Are you getting streaks on the winow too?

I would suggest taking it to a Porsche Service and have them look at it. It could be the window regulator or relay. Parts and install of the window regulator should cost around $300 if I remember correctly(its been a while since mine went out).
