Help with bumper swap please

The front bumper on my black 2002 boxster non s has seen better days. I took it to a body shop and they want $800 to recondition it and that is with me removing it myself.

I am hoping that I can retrofit a used bumper for much cheaper. First I was hoping to get some input from the members here on what my options are. The main question I have is what bumpers from which year and model will be a direct swap or swap with minor modifications? I am guessing the "S" bumper will go on without issue but what years? Also I have seen some talk of swapping 911 bumpers on but I don't want to have to change my fenders. I am not sure about Cayman but I have a lead on one if they fit.

Thanks guys. Any input, part numbers, links etc. would be appreciated.

Any bumper from a boxster 97 to 04 will fit.
Also any 96 to 02 911 ( as far as I remember).
Ther is a good DIY for removing the bumper on YouTube.
Not a complicated task.

here you go:
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ORZzLIAgXZs
just for future reference, you can always log in to YouTube
its a very cool website that has a lot of videos.
on the search bar you can search for almost everything.
so you can search for "Porsche boxster bumper removal"
"Porsche boxster brakes replacement" "Porsche boxster IMS" and so on.
just dont search for "JD in yellow speedo". not sure you can handle that.
