Mystery Part Help

Hi everybody. I am looking for help identifying the rubber part w/screw in the picture below. It is located on the front strut towers. I am missing it from one side and not sure what it does, and I cannot find it in the Porsche parts catalogs. Is it just a plug, or does it do something else?

Thanks for your help.

Piper

It is the screw that holds down the plastic covers in the front compartment.
IF you don't have the front covers, then no need for it.

Awesome Tommy thanks for your help. My car was missing the front covers (and still is).

Regards,
