18in rims for my 02 Boxster s will these fit without mods?

The wheels in question clearly came from a 996 platform vehicle. With that said, the rear offset for 996 wheels is always very high in comparison to that of the 986. I suggest that you look for a set of take-offs from a 987. With a little tweaking, they can be made to fit a 986 quite well.
