What is quality of aftermarket O2 sensors

Parts geek has an eom Bosch sensor but the connector has to be spliced in. Has anyone used these and do they work?

Spliced wiring is always more susceptible to issues than an intact harness. While the OEM style Bosch units with the correct harness connectors on them cost a bit more, they eliminate a potential weak spot and source of future issues. Spliced wiring is also a “deduct” item on a PPI..............

I bought about the same ones from Auto Zone. Because when I deleted my header cats and install straight headers I moved the O2 sensors to the before and after the mid pipe cats. It has been 2 years I have not had any code either before or after having the ECU flashed. My fuel economy still 20 city to 30 highway. Don't ask about track fuel economy.

Bosch with OEM harness is the ticket. Sensor splices are ghetto.

agree with Topless ...quick and easy AND the fault codes go away....

Alright, I guess I'll go with the oem harness. The difference is about the cost of a tank of gas, which I go through in about a week, so it's not wort it to gamble over such a small amount.
