need instructions or advice for spring install

I have put springs or full coilovers on at least 5 cars i have owned. I don't want to pay someone to do something i know how to. I have the rear started and i for some reason can not figure out how to get the suspension to fully drop so that i can take off the original spring. the only way i can see to drop the suspension out is to take off the sway bar and even the exhaust is preventing me from removing one of the bolts. i don't want to go through all of this just to save $275 for my local shop to do it. however i really want to do it myself just like my cars in the past.

if someone has any sort of instructions that would help. i will do a search on the net as well. these are intrax 1.4 springs. these are the lowest springs i could find without paying for coilovers.

thanks

I don't have any info on how to help you with the install, but please report on what you think of the intrax springs. I am interested in buying a set. Maybe a picture too. Good luck.

Highlander's Suspension Instructions

Trygve's Suspension Project using Highlander's Instructions

Post back here to let everyone know how it went.

Thanks for posting the link to the instructions. after reading just the rear install part i have decided there is no way i feel like doing this. i already have 4 hours into it doing it the wrong way. with these instructions (and me on my back using hand tools) i would see this install taking around 10 hours. if i am going to go through all this or pay someone to go through all of this i would rather go ahead and get coilovers.

if someone wants to buy these intrax springs still new in the box ill take ($250 plus shipping)

i guess im spending saturday with the wife now instead of my car
