P1124 and P1126, backfires, etc

GoodJohnny Registered User Join Date: Sep 2009 Location: South Carolina Posts: 20	P1124 and P1126, backfires, etc If anyone is having these problems and have exhausted all solutions check your pierburg vacuum solenoids. Vacuum pump, two test leads, 9v battery. Cap off solenoid feed to device and apply vacuum to valve. Attach power to solenoid. If the gauge drops, the valve leaks and will cause lean run condition. I went through three valves, all leaking. More questions, send a pm.
