Corroded Spring inside seatbelt - rebuild or replace? (and where to get)

My passenger side belt has gotten very reluctant to retract. I took it apart a few weeks ago and saw that the spring is totally rusted and falling apart. I sprayed lithium grease inside, cleaned the plastic loop thingy that the belt runs through (it was gunky) and reassembled. It retracts better now, but not as forcefully as I'd like.

I don't want to take any chances now that the weather is nice and my beautiful lady is in the car more often.

Anyone know where I can source a new (or nice used) belt or just a new spring?
