Post IMS cam timing check

Folks,
Just completed the IMS change (PP bearing). Have a 2000 Box S so guess it's a 5 chain. Used the LN tool to lock both cams (driver and passenger), locked engine at TDC, used set screws to hold the shaft in place, removed both tensioners and followed steps to replace the bearing (double row). Bearing was in good shape BTW. During the bearing replacement the shaft did not move. Put back the chain tensioners, removed the cam lock tool on both side, removed the TDC pin and rotated the engine 360. The mark I made seems to come around 180 degrees. i.e. the mark move from 3 o'clock to 9 o'clock. The two grooves that were at 12 and 6 o'clock moved to 6 and 12 o'clock respectively. Same for the passenger side. I interpreted the instruction by Wayne that the marks should move 360 as well.

Am I mistaken? From the above is my timing the same as it was prior to the bearing removal?

Also I completely removed the 2 tensioners. One had a alum seal ring but, the other didn't. I used some loctite 5900 to put them both back. Should I not have removed them but just loosened them? Do I need to replace the rubber o ring on them? DO they both need new alum seal rings?

Tranny and everything is back on. Want to get this cleared up before I fill oil and start the engine.

I'm wondering if the steps I'm doing are correct to check the cam timing. Could anyone please confirm?

1. Marked with a marker pen a horizontal line. The two grooves for the lock tool to fit are at vertical top and bottom and the tool fits well.
2. Rotated the engine clockwise 360. The TDC hole came full 360.
3. The red mark I made driver side moved from 3 o'clock position to
