Talk about reducing unsprung weight. Sign me up for a test set. They do, to me, loose a bit of cool factor from an appearance perspective.

i saw an interview with the CEO last year and he mentioned they were working on "covering" the wheel so that it would be indistinguishable from a normal tire. the hollow ones were r&d and promotional ones.

Great concept, but it looks like high speed applications are pretty far in the future, if possible at all.

Seen those, spoke to a rep about them, the thing is: "they don't turn" and will never. Big fail for comon vehicles however 'potential' for military and construction use only
