Car won't start after fueling

Hello,
My 2000 Boxster S has recently started acting up! After fueling the car will not start for about 30 minutes. This is sometimes sped up by pressing the throttle and cranking it.

The obvious issue is with the charcoal canister, I replaced it however it didn't make a difference.

As of right now I don't have any codes to work off of. Does anyone have experience with a similar issue?

Thanks,
Eric

Since you're getting power to and through the starter, I would say it's likely your fuel pump (or fuel system). Make sure your pump is pumping.
