I had a squeak that turned out to be the passenger seat back rubbing on the roll bar. Moved the back rest foward eliminated it.

Thanks for the idea, but I tried this first and the squeak continues.

Same here, bugged me for ages until someone got in and moved the seat forward, Doh!!
