Transmission bolt fell out?

Just have it replaced, properly, at the dealership when you have your next check up. My dealer always lets me know if they find anything that needs tweaking or replacing. And it gets done properly.

I wonder if this was meant to be sarcastic?

At any rate, when I pulled my gearbox recently, I found that the bolt located in position E in this diagram wasn't even tight. My engine had been replaced by a previous owner about 10K miles ago, and I am guessing the dealer technician missed tightening this one very well.

Wow two bolts loose in 10k miles...sounds like someone was in a hurry!
