instrument panel flicker with engine cut out

Hi,

Hoping I can get some guidance on a recent issue that has come up in my spec boxster.

It seems that after hard braking into a corner or acceleration out of a slow corner, the engine will sometimes cut out and this will coincide with the instrument panel lights flickering. It hasn't happened at speed but its quite disconcerting. I'm wondering if there might be bad ground or something going on with the O2 sensors - rear ones aren't plugged in. Couple things changed since things were running fine - installation of semi solid engine mount (already have the semi solid tranny mounts on) and a coolant flush.

Any ideas?

Thanks!
