Preventing spoiler from rising?

Hi,

I'm trying to fit a bike rack to the back of my 2003 Boxter. My major concern is the spoiler rising over 75mph. Not that I would want to go much faster than that, but is there a way to manually stop this? I could manually raise it slightly and then it wouldn't move up or down?

Thanks

you can remove the fuse or unplug it.
