Windshiel Washer Tank

Hi Class. Yesterday I was putting in an amp & speakers. Get the job done and go to put on the trim around the winshield washer tank cap. I must have moved it, because then it started leaking. How do you get to it? I need to take a look and see what's cracked/broken/dissconnected. I assume you need to take off the tire and wheel well cover? Looks like a PITA.

Hi. Thanks for the reply. I hope that's what it is. I'll share the repair info once I get into it.
