Oh I see the bolt on the transmission side to make the adjustment...duh!

Well. He kind of left me hanging there didn't he? I encountered the exact same problem. I'm done for today. Guess I'll look around on the side of the transmission. Any help would be appreciated.

Are you referring to the circled bolt in the attached image? I’m having a similar problem after swapping cables and am desperately searching for answers.
