Locked out!!!!!

Hi there, I need some help.........

My battery went flat on my 986 (1997) Boxster and for some reason the drivers door lock just spins around???? I have managed to open the bonnet via the cable realise in the drivers wheel arch and got access to the battery. I have part charged the battery now my key fob doesn't recognise the car!!!!!! Is there anyway I can gain access to the car, or do I have to put a window through??
thank you in advance

Being that we have no frame around our windows you should be able to pull it back enough to slide a broom handle or something to the lock unlock button on the dash. Good luck.
