Water pump and engine mount

Hi everyone, hope all had a great holiday... fairly new to forum and definitely not mechanically inclined so bear with me... I had a coolant leak and got it repaired... apparently it was the water pump so they replaced the water pump, WP gasket, multi rib belt and thermostat... on the bill they noted engine mount is cracked and should be replaced... I don't know in relation where the engine mount is to the water pump so my questions is...

Q.) Since they were in there, shouldn't they have or should I have gotten them to replace the engine mount while they were in there anyways?

Q.) if they're not close together, what am i looking at to replace the engine mount labor wise? and who's engine mount do you guys recommend (OE stock or Pedro makes one in two variations)?

I also have this rumbling when downshifting at about 3000rpm and I've searched this to death and I suspect it's due to the cracked engine mount and should hopefully disappear once I replace it...

Thanks to all and wish everyone all the best in the new year! Happy Boxstering!!
