Would 19's from a Cayman fit on a 2000 Boxster S?

The cayman wheels I'm looking at come with the tires which is why I considered them.

These are the cayman wheels:
Front - 235/35 ZR 19 (9.3 inches wide)
Rear - 265/35 ZR 19 (10.4 inches wide)
5X130 bolt pattern
Offset is 52 for both front and rear

I just want to make sure these would clear suspension and calipers and no rubbing.
Based on looking at a few size comparison tools online it looks like they should fit.
I'm fine with the possible +/- 1-1.5 percent variation on my speedo.

Funny enough I am not actually doing this for 19 inch wheel aesthetics, I would prefer the 18's, I just need the brand new tires that come with these wheels lol.
