I have the exact same problem: when I took the wheels off and took a peek, I discovered a small leak letting fluid out where the lines connect to the square cut seal on the brake caliper. Looks like the caliper is going to need to be rebuilt or replaced. Annoying, isn't it?

Cool

Brake Booster had water in it. Frank, check it out or have it replaced for about 2 hours in labor.
