Thanks for th info. I actually put a bottle of techron fuel cleaner in last night. I will run that through before I swap the coil packs. Is the drivers side 1-3 or the passenger side? If i remember correctly Porsche said left bank 1 & 3 (1-3) misfire
Also can Advanced Auto read the codes for me or do I need to take it back to Porsche?
One last question. Where can i buy a code reader?

A couple of options for a code reader : Amazon for about $80 for an Actron (works on all cars) or go for the $300 Duritech system that will read everything Porsche.

Advance Auto should be able to read the codes. They may have a code reader for sale too. Write down the code numbers and bring them back. Or go to Renntech to look them up

Right hand side (passenger in US) - cylinders 1 (F), 2, 3 (R).

Left hand side (drivers in US) - cylinders 4 (F), 5, 6 (R).

I bought a Duratech code reader - excellent service and product......
