Sportech is a company in Campbell, CA that takes the stock Boxster muffler and removes the baffles and welds on two chrome tailpipe extensions. They will do a swapout in about 3 hours with one they have in stock for $690 and claim an 11 HP increase that can be dynoed. They also claim no resonance and no smog problems. I've heard their sound clip and the exhaust note does sound good although not much different from stock. Has anyone installed their de-baffled muffler and what do you think?
