986 PDK Can it be done?

I think that I would love to have the twin clutch tranny in my car. Can it be done? What would it take besides the tranny, tranny computer, some wiring and a wheel.. ????

Anything can be done with enough money. While I'm inclined to think that you could get things to bolt up and fit, making it work on the electronic side is not going to be easy, especially considering that the new Series 2 engines are running Siemens DME, not Bosch, so there is nothing in common between the engine controls for the PDK computer to talk to.

Oh, yeah, there is that cost issue to think about.

Go for it. We like other people's experiments.

Good Luck.

Anything can be done. A trade in might be less $$. I admit to having a serious sweet tooth for the Cay S PDK.
