Auto to Manual conversion *Flame suit on*

Yes I know I'm about to get ripped. But I have been given a boxster 2.5 for next to nothing with a blown motor but it is an auto'tragic'. Since I need to do a 2.5 swap already, how much more intensive would it be to get rid of the slushbox and put in a normal 3pedal set up.
