With 200k miles on the chassis, expect to pay a good sum to change out all the suspension bits. Check RandallNeighbour's post about how much he spent on his 97.

Oh and every owner with plastic rear window (97-02) will tell you they dread about it. So factor that in as well.

There's a reason why these cars are cheap.
