The chasis has 200k miles...

Do you think $12k would be a good deal?

"Clean Carfax and fresh tires"

question: does clean carfax show the car's scheduled maintentance was performed at every interval suggested by a certified Porsche dealer. IF it was it will be listed in the Car Fax. Also there should be something about an engine rebuild there unless it was done by a non-certified Porsche dealership, which would bring up the question of whether the well known IMS failures where addressed.

Also Extended warranty?? yes or no?? if not bad news.

I pay $275 a month just for piece of mind. I drive the hell out the car. reason. if anything happens I pay $0.00 dollars for parts and $0.00 dollars for labor. %100 percent covered. Engine blown they replace it, I pay nothing. Oh, to replace engine will be about $24,000 on a 2003 Boxter S. my warranty is US fidelis. its been used already for AC not working. they had the car for a week and loaned me a Toyota Camry the whole time at there expense. think about it.

oh also I've heard rumors of the suspension parts wearing extremely fast in this cars as well. no first hand experience yet. my car only has 50,000 miles though.

hopes this helps later.
