A2R Exhausts?

Has anyone had any experience with A2RInc exhausts on their Box? I did a quick search on our forum and didn't find anything. Just curious - I see them on eBay and they're awfully reasonable.

Googling it produced some Lotus links, but the Exige is not a Boxster...

Just wondering if this sounds like yet another "great aftermarket item that doesn't do anything" product or if someone actually had some knowledge of the product.

Thanks & have a happy 4th!

This is the same Chinese muffler that has been resold under many different names. It works well but will give you a headache inducing drone at 2500rpm. If you are looking for just better air flow then it is good but don't expect anything in the butt dyno.

The NHP exhaust is based on this model and supposedly has better reduction of in cabin noise.

If you just want sound then go for a Pedro exhaust or try to find a used Porshce Sport Exhaust.

the welds look decent. hard to tell just from pictures. like to see the inside (good penetration or not). anyways. as far as just for looks. I'm doing a complete test of the NHP exhaust.
Tommorow I should have up the baseline dyno video results.

haven't heard of this exhaust but looks familar, like one i've seen before.

alot of these same exhausts get marketed under multiple names

oh and NHP is supposed to have low cabin drone. I suspect there to be some though, will give results on that as well
