The tool kit is in a foam tray inside the spare tire. You'll have to take the spare out to access it. It may be in the pocket of the spare tire cover, too.

It could also be in the lug wrench socket, inside the aforementioned tool kit. It fits snugly into the normal lug socket by means of an 'o' ring. Lots of people, including me, leave it in the socket to keep it from getting lost.
