I think people on here obsess way too much about cab resonance. I'm not even sure if some of you even understand the definition of it. Your always going to be able to hear more exhaust notes through the cabin when you put on an aftermarket exhaust. That is why you bought it in the first place. Anyway, there is no
drone from this exhaust. It sounds great and is perfect when you are cruising.
Overall, the installation was a PITA! The easiest thing was removing the bumper and spoiler. It was just one little thing after another. There is not one set of bolts or nuts that are the same size. The largest snag was the tack welded flange bolts that connected the headers to the secondary cats. Absolutely ridiculous! Thank God for Milwaukee's Sawzall! I say this is my last mod, but probably not. I did not get headers because I'm not ready to get a tune and lose the warranty. Headers may be in the future though.
I am a student at UT, but the Boxster stays home in the garage. I drive my FX35 to campus...
After all is said and done, I am very pleased with my new exhaust.
