You can purchase the oil filter wrench for less than $4.00 at Autozone or local auto store. While you're there, you might want to pick up a >10 quarts oil pan for about $10.00.

I, too, purchased the oil filter and crushed ring on Ebay. (re: I think I bought a lot of four for less than $35.00).

As for the oil, as box2000 noted, it's actually 9 and 1/2 quarts (0w-40 or whatever your preference). BTW, when you check the oil level, to the right of your odometer, it should be one bar less. If all the bars are lit, then you've overfilled.
