Box S Oil change

Ok we're changing the box S oil this week. I did do a search and found out most of the stuff, its kinda hard because a search using the word "oil" isnt allowed because its not enough letters.

What kind of filter do I need? Recommended oil is Mobile 1 0W 40 right fully synthetic? I need about 9 quarts? If I can't find 0W 40 then 5W 40 is next best? I seen brucelee uses Redline. What are your experiences on which is better? I'm in Ohio so we definately have cold winters, although I don't drive it in the winter, stored inside a semi heated garage. thx
