Micro switch changed but still a problem

I've changed the micro switch for the top but my windows would automatically row down 1/4 ways after hitting a pot hole or being on a bumpy road...any insights to the problem.

Thanks

As you know, the switch is secured in place with 2 round metal clips. Did you replace those clips and is the switch installed so that it can't move?

Did you do any wiring or anything with the electrical before expriencing this problem? If so, go back to whatever you were doing in the past and check for severed wires.

He replaced the microswitch but the car still rolls the windows down 1/4th of the way when he hits a bump in the road... as if he unlatched the top. I think he wants more advice or new direction we can steer him in.
