Has anyone de-snorkled their 02/S with the PSE option? How did it sound? better/worse/same? lol

De-snorkle alone sounds brilliant really throaty, so PSE can only be an extra benefit

Garage
Desnorked and DSE (Dansk Sports Exhaust), and it sounds great with the two combined.

Relatively new to the forum, does de-snorkling refer to the air intake? Thanks.

i'm running PSE and EVO high flow intake on my '03 986 S. it sounds fantastic.

the PSE went on first. it sounds stock at idle. above 4K RPMs it howls. but not too loudly. i don't know why they install a dash switch. i NEVER turn it off.

the EVO intake install (which includes de-snorkeling) was done next. it made a more dramatic difference in sound. again, not much at idle or while cruising. but get on the throttle and it sounds like an angry wookie strapped to jet engine.
