Any feedback on the goodyear F1?
I need new rear PS2 tires after 5000 miles of normal driving because the camber settings have eaten the inside of my wheels.
Has anyone tried the Goodyear F1 tires? Are they better than the PS2?
Thanks,
James

Try the Bridgestone RE-01's. They're great.

If you're talking about the GY F1 GS-D3:
Compared to the PS2, they will have better wet performance, smoother ride and be quieter. They are also less expensive. That said, I'd rather have the PS2 as the sidewalls are stiffer so they are more responsive. They also grip a bit better in the dry and don't wear out as fast on a track due to larger tread blocks.

Ditto, I really like the PS2's, especially wth a little over 40 lbs of pressure in the tires. But I was lucky to get 5K out of my first set of rears. The camber has some effect, but they were just worn out, I actually let the tread get too low before I put on a new set....

Yes siree, I am a satisfied customer.
I have 7,500 miles on them and they have a lot of life left in them. I've ran them in 3 or so autocrosses and a pretty agressive couple days at the Tail of the Dragon. I just rotated them from left to right in hopes I will continue to get good treadlife. The dry traction is better than the Pilot Sports I took off but this could've been because the Michelins were near the end of their life at 15,000 miles?

higly recommend them. Wet weather performance was the tie breaker for me, a big safety consideration.
