Computer Data Link?

Hi All,

Does anybody know if someone sells an ALDL (computer link up) for the Boxster? There are several companies like Hypertech that offer these programmers for several makes & model cars but I have yet to find anything for the Boxster.

Does anybody know or have anything? According to Porsche the problems I'm having with my car can be cured by dowloading the original programming into the computer.

Suggestions?

Can't Porsche fix the problem? sounds odd they suggest that to be done by an owner himself?
