The only problem you might have is the liability issue of voiding the warranty. Having the car service for the maintenance might do that not that I am an authority on the warranty. I know oil changes you can get away with, but I have also heard stories from other Porsche owners that an acquaintance blew the engine due to improper filters etc installed by a non Porsche dealer. That to me sounds real plausible and an inducement to have it service by the dealer. As everything with the car it is what it is expensive.
