8FT LED Tube Single Pin Vs UFO High Bay

What are the options for workshop lights? Do I need at least a beam angle of 180 degree and cool white light with high enough brightness?
Somebody recommended me ''8ft led tube single pin'' many in number while I am in favor of "UFO high bay". Can anyone of these be used as per my requirement?
