IMS Older Porsche Buying & Insurance

Since I am looking to purchase a 1999 to 2004 Porsche Boxster i was wondering about post-purchase engine failure.

Does anyone know if you can buy an auto insurance policy that would cover an IMS/Engine failure?

The policy, if available, will cost much more than doing an IMS/clutch.

Look for a car that's already had the IMS replaced or consider the 97-99 (and maybe 2000's) that have a dual row bearing.
